Essential Requirements

- BSc or similar in Technology, Science, Business or other area relevant to the role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing operations, and ideally web analytics (1+ years) will help you navigate analytical tools and hit the ground running.
Ongoing reporting experience (detailed for subject matter experts, business-focused for executive audience / non-subject matter experts).
- Good understanding of industry trends and experience with industry standard visualisation, web analytics and coding tools (e.g Tableau, SQL and Google Analytics).
- Exposure to the main industry standard web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics, Sprinklr and similar for Social Media)
- Attention to detail, follow-through, collaborative, team mentality
- Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Web Analyst is a key role in supporting the wider Dell EMC Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business in providing analytics helping to make business decisions across various marketing work streams based on data and insights. These work streams include e.g. but are not limited to our social media properties, dellemc.com websites (60+ in EMEA), blogs, paid media, webinars and more. Our web environment is global and runs on industry-leading Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, while most of Social Media reporting and publishing is done on Sprinklr. This role works under direct oversight of locally-based Digital Operations Manager, and will report into Head of Digital EMEA.

- Own and deliver reporting for our B2B Social Media presence in EMEA.
- Support the wider business with ongoing hands-on reporting, leveraging the global digital platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics).
- Create dashboards and reports to identify trends and support the insight you communicate with key internal stakeholders to aid in the implementation effective digital strategies.
- Involvement in liaison and communication with multiple stakeholders and business owners across parallel programs.

Desirable Requirements

- Consultative / agency background a plus (customer focus/service delivery mentality).
- Ideally experience and/or exposure to Paid digital media analytics.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) experience a plus.
