Sales Representative (Northwest of Romania)

- B2B sales proven experience;
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets;
- Relevant experience in contract negotiating and good understanding of financial mechanisms;
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate agreements at all levels of potential client organizations;
- Availability for extensive travel within the allocated area North-West (Targu Mures, Baia Mare, Satu Mare, Zalau, Bistrita, Dej etc) and limitrophe areas
- Knowledge of MS Office package and CRM tools.
- Driving license - B category.

- Challenge the clients and focus on delivering maximum value;
- Dealing with clients from public sector: Government; NGO’s, Social Accounts;
- Achieve sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory and market segment;
- Participation in various conferences organized by local municipalities from Northwest of Romania.
