    Main Responsibilities:

    • Acting as a role model within the business by having high standards in term of attitude, conduct and performance;
    • Create and update manuals and procedures for our G2 Buh departments;
    • Communicate feed-back to the managers and supervisors;
    • Investigating new methods, provide solutions, ways of improvements in our processes;
    • Receive and log the Complaints into our Complaints Log smart sheet;
    • Analyse the Complaints with resolutions and evaluate the risk for the company;
    • Communicate very well, fast and clear, with Complaints PIC in each Buh department, to ensure Complaints are closed each month, within deadlines, with all necessary information;
    • Perform reporting activities for Complaints log.
