DevOps and Automation Engineer

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is a privately-owned software company specialized in Full-Service Software Testing, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Identification & Management, Application and Data Security, Static & Dynamic Code Analysis as well as, DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, Implementation and Customization for Atlassian and Micro Focus (HPE) products.

REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory

Knowledge working with Configuration Management Software: Puppet, Chef, Salt, Ansiable;
Worked with SDLC management tools such as Jira, ALM, ALM Octane etc.;
Experience building automation tools and managing Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline: Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS;
Strong understanding of source code management systems: Git, BitBucket and code branching/merging strategies.

Nice to have

Working in virtual environments including VMs and containerization (VMware, Vagrant, Docker / Kubernetes);
Cloud Engineering (Private, Azure, AWS, GCP);
Coding ability in Java, Python, and Shell;
Expertise in build and release tools such as Maven, Ant, Gradle;
Collaboration tools: Slack.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Automating build, release/deployment, manual processes and workflows;
Ensure that software builds happen predictably, consistently and reliably;
Manage risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule, and quality;
Accessing and automating API calls;
Support deployment activities of development and production releases;
Assist development of troubleshooting system and software issues in all environments;
Work closely with development teams to create processes and tools that provide immediate feedback on source changes.
