You will be working within the Downstream Transformation & Project team. Our international team manages major change initiatives within the context of highly competitive markets for the purpose of constant value maximization. University degree in business administration, project management and/or consulting or comparable professional experience
Relevant internships and first work experience in the field of transformation, change, project or process management
Ability to collaborate with different target groups, experience in working with international teams is a plus
Understanding of different dimensions of business and operating models
Proactive, constructive attitude, flexibility, adaptability and strong performance-oriented mindset
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
Excellent IT user skills (especially MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.)
Business fluency in Romanian and English
Support the execution of international projects as well as major transformation programs with senior management attention in scope, time, budget and quality
Pro-actively identify and propose improvement ideas throughout all Downstream Business Units and supporting Corporate Functions
Contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives/projects/actions jointly with Business counterparts
Sustainably contribute to change and transformation management within Downstream Oil and Downstream Gas Business Divisions
Actively develop own competences, support development of best-practice tool kits and apply them to succeed in major change initiatives
Support continuous improvement processes/environment
Closely collaborate with Business Units as well as with Finance and supporting Corporate Functions
