    The personal profile of the ideal Sales Assistant includes:

    Willingness to work in and promote a team oriented environment
    Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff
    Consistently showing a positive attitude & take responsibility for own actions
    Drive for results and flexibility to change
    Relevant interest in Fashion and Design
    Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets
    Excellent customer service level
    A good fit with the company’s values of being Helpful, Insightful, Value adding and Entrepreneurial
    A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in a luxury or fashion retail environment
