    In Romania, Goodyear Dunlop is present since 1999 and it is represented by two different legal entities, Goodyear Dunlop Tires (Sales Office) and Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations.

    Goodyear Dunlop Tires Operations Romania is the Global Business Services Center of Goodyear Dunlop EMEA. The GBS Center in Bucharest started back in July 2011. The core mission of the Center has always been to provide internal customer satisfaction with the shared responsibility of delivery - Driving performance as ONE TEAM.


    - Experience in customer orientated business
    - Minimum 2 years of general work experience
    - IT skills and SAP as an asset
    - Proactive and customer-focused
    - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
    - Accurate and structured
    - Fluent in English
    - Able to work in different database environments


    - Ensure customer satisfaction by on time and qualitative registration of vehicles : including follow up of registration backlog and quality assurance
    - Secure accurate documentation of daily activities and processes in different systems and focus on clear and standardized communication with Luxembourg Proactive Solutions team
    - Execute administration tasks on different systems to ensure vehicle registration
    - Apply defined user case to contribute to 2nd level tickets solution for customer support
