Maintain system health;

Dump file analysis;

Overall system:

System fine tuning;

Preventive and maintenance procedures;

Supporting any activity which requires development related engagement: Site surveys, POC, demo, etc.

Reports and Knowledge Management:

Daily status reports;

Installation and configuration manuals update;

Compose WiKi and share solution, technical expertise with fellow engineers.
