The Account Manager role: develops and manage client portfolio
He/she has the following main responsibilities:
•To create the ultimate customer experience by managing (. exceeding) the expectations of our customers;
•To create and manage the proposals for the opportunities, by selling GTS Services & Solutions, respecting internal Business Case Approval Requirements;
•To identify, qualify, and visit prospects in order to increase clients portfolio;
•To increase sales in key markets and segments;
•To negotiate technical and commercial terms of the contracts to be signed;
•To meet and exceed sales targets;
•To develop, win, maintain and expand the relationships with customers;
•To represent the entire range of company products and services;
•To establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
