    Description

    The Team Leader of Business Support Controlling team, ensures the proper functioning of the support activities (transactional and expertise) and promotes the deployment of best practices, simplification and standardization, in compliance with the operational deliverables (time, quality, cost).
    He/she is direct interlocutor for the Country Chief Accountant and Region & Senior Business Partner Controllers.
     
    Main activities:
     
    People management and development:- Coordinates and provides support to their subordinate colleagues;
    - Monitors and propose improvements of the process efficiency to maintain it in line with the target;
     
    Closing process (monthly and yearly), analysis and requests received from the financial controllers:- Responsible for the project KPI’s;
     - Animates and follows the actions proposed to improve the processes which cannot be managed by the team directly;
     
    Consults the business continuity plan, risk management and project strategy:- Responsible to implement the legal policies, new norms and group communications;
    - Works with the management team to identify and develop potential career paths for the team members.

    Requirements

    - Experience in finance (certifications would be appreciated);
    - Fluent in business English (both written and verbal). Fluency in French would be a plus;
    - Good command of Microsoft Office Package;
    - Analytical skills (required for analysis of specific situations in order to establish the root cause and set up an action plan);
    - Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities;
    - Team leadership experience (minimum 3 years);
    - Results oriented;
    - Strong relationship building.
