Applied knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with a basic understanding of the various types of system users and how they use the system to perform their jobs to meet high-level business needsUnderstanding and experience with end to end system integrations and overall business system landscapesAbility to interpret documented business processes into application workflows and featuresHighly skilled communicator within a worldwide team of engineers, developers and managersUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and tools 

As part of the Field Business team, you will engage with business partners across all aspects of customer success, from closing a deal through adoption, renewal and expansion. Members of our team obtain valuable experience and insights about the entire customer success business model by partnering with key stakeholders in our Field Business organization to understand strategic initiatives and business needs.
