    • Capability to communicate with PM to understand the new services request
    • Workflow specification
    • Interface specification (in Services Now)
    • Fluency in English/French would be a plus


    • Developing new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application
    • Performing tests and creating validation plans
    • Writing technical documentation
    • Implementing corrective actions
    • Reporting issues
    • Adapting the modules to the customer’s business needs
