- University degree in a technical or economics area
- Background within customer service would be highly valued
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service;
- Knowledge of customs legislation and "Intrastat"
-We are very interested in proactive attitude, strong customer orientation, attention to details, independent, structured and analytical attitude;
-Good communicative skills and capacity to teamwork;
-Mandatory advanced level of English (written and spoken);- additional language is advantageous ( italian )
- Excellent SAP knowledge ; Excellent knowledge MS Office
a) Registers customer orders in the system and confirm the customers the best delivery date;
b)Informs the customers of all changes in delivery schedules;
c) Assures and coordinates the internal transport and export of all customer orders;
d) Makes commercial invoices and all documents necessary for them;
e) Maintains SAP data on: customer orders, system parameters, commercial conditions, forms, sales prices, etc.
f) Updated the long-term sales plan according to the data provided by the sales representatives.
