    Requirements

    What we expect from you:

     Student or graduate
     Proven experience in a similar position, providing administrative support to one or several teams
     Very good knowledge of MS Office
     Very good command of English Language; German Language would be a plus
     Interpersonal abilities – basic relationship management skills
     Good organization skills, with high attention on details
     Meticulous, rigorous, perfectionist
     Punctual under all facets
     Good communication and team working skills
     Professional looking, elegant speech, fit for the working environment.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities and everyday challenges:
     Organises the internal and external business trips of the MS/S departments
     Internal procurement activities of the MS/S departments.
     Liaise with providers and suppliers for the respective contract execution (eg: cleaning, office supplies, courier etc.)
     Greets visitors, supports for building access formalities and shows them to the meeting rooms.
     Organizes meetings and events of the MS/S departments, from the logistical and administrative point of view, including meeting room preparation
     Administrative activities for proper fileing and archiving of the official department documents for the MS/S departments.
     Mail preparation and shipping. Liaison with the courier.
