Hamilton Company first started in 1950 in USA and, 10 years later, the company opened a new headquarter in Bonaduz, Switzerland. At this moment, we are over 2,000 employees at sites in Bonaduz, Reno (Nevada), Boston (New England) and in Timișoara (Romania).
Starting 2013, we perform our activity in Timisoara under the brand Hamilton Central Europe. Since November 2015, we moved to our new home located in Giarmata, Hamilton Street, the main activity being the production of highly precision microliter syringes. Currently, our team includes 180 members, but we are constantly developing and willing to perpetuate the Swiss tradition and professionalism.
Experience with Pro Engineer/Creo;
Experience in product development & transfer prototype to serial production;
University degree in Engineering;
Good English skills, German is a plus;
Technical background (mechanic or electronic);
Well organized person, self-responsible;
Problem solving attitude, with communication skills;
Creative, team oriented.
Develop products for our Liquid Handling components
Create 3D models and 2D drawings for production documents
Provide prototype build - aluminum plastic pieces
Performs testing on prototypes
Create design tests plans
You’ll make protocols/documentation on results
Provide help to transfer project into production
Be part of an interdisciplinary team (mechanic, electronic, firmware, technical support, production, product management)
