2 years of experience in experience in a lean manufacturing environment, preferably in manufacturing domain (multinational company);
degree in engineering field;
good knowledge of SPC, SMED, design of experiments, KANBAN, and 6-Sigma implementation;
experience in identifying areas of improvement, planning for and leading Kaizen events;
experience in a high volume automotive manufacturing environment.

ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team;
advanced spoken and written communication skills in English, Italian language is a plus.
Responsibilities / Accomplishments:
coordinate the implementation of actions and projects through Continuous improvement to reach the objectives defined;
Manufacturing and Material flow optimization, quality improvement with help of lean tools;
LMT (lean maturity tracker) – follow up of Lean Implementation status and highlight area for improvement;
cost reduction in order to achieve budget numbers - analyze segment KPI and provide lean improvement strategic plan;
coordinate improvement plan and assign lean resources together with SLL, based on projects objectives and category;
responsible of 5S +1 project implementation, train and coach auditors, split auditors by area, check status and take corrective actions base on action plan;
increase productivity, quality and customer satisfaction with 5S project;
increase 5S trend by daily sustainability;
improving plant’s operations by applying Lean Six Sigma methodology (root-cause analysis, problem solving, SMED, 5S, Visual Management, TPM, VSM, process capability, etc);
preparing and delivery LEAN workshops ;
participates in functional area meetings and related functions to improving the plant’s performance goals;
facilitates Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing actions aimed at generating Lean techniques, cost reductions, and process performance improvements.
