Managing a high volume of end-to-end recruitment including writing job description, posting job announcements, talent acquisition, sourcing, screening candidates, holding interviews, conceiving job offers;
Handling on-boarding activities such as creating employee IDs, sending new employee guides, scheduling work security trainings for new employees;
Being involved in career path and performance evaluation activities;
Assuring support for events organizing as well as for recruitment services providers and platforms maintenance;
Responsible for the compliance with Romanian labor law and GDPR
Bachelor's Degree in the Communication, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology field;
More than 1 year of experience on a similar role;
Experience in multinational Enterprise Businesses or Global Service Centers;
Fluency in English;
Other foreign languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese would be an advantage;
