    Responsibilities:

    • Managing a high volume of end-to-end recruitment including writing job description, posting job announcements, talent acquisition, sourcing, screening candidates, holding interviews, conceiving job offers;

    • Handling on-boarding activities such as creating employee IDs, sending new employee guides, scheduling work security trainings for new employees;

    • Being involved in career path and performance evaluation activities;

    • Supporting the internal exit process;

    • Assuring support for events organizing as well as for recruitment services providers and platforms maintenance;

    • Handling payroll for outsource employees including monthly salaries, salary adjustments, bonuses, business trip applications etc.);

    • Handling procurement and accounting activities for HR related invoices.

    • Responsible for the compliance with Romanian labor law and GDPR

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in the Communication, Accounting, Psychology, Sociology field;

    • More than 1 year of experience on a similar role;

    • Experience in multinational Enterprise Businesses or Global Service Centers;

    • Fluency in English;

    • Other foreign languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese would be an advantage;
