    The Service Specialist is responsible for the design, consistency and integration of the architecture within the service across all domains. He is the main contact for the Service Manager, Solution Designer and the Enterprise Lead Architect within the project.

    Responsibilities/ Focus:
    • IBM Domino / Notes Migration to Microsoft Exchange (LN2EX) Migration Blueprint
    • Detailed migration design
    • Coexistence design
    • Technical development of the migration and coexistence platform
    • Development of the migration processes
    • Development of coexistence processes
    • Testing and evaluation
    • Test acceptance
    • Installation of the migration solution + coexistence solution in Test Center and Integration Center
    • Technical acceptance
    • Support for platform definition and definition of parameters
    • Support for license management and procurement
    • Support for definition of operating processes for the migration and coexistence platforms
