Senior System Integrator

HARMAN designs and engineers ​connected products and solutions for automakers, consumers, and enterprises worldwide, including connected car systems, audio and visual products, enterprise automation solutions, and connected services.

Position Summary:

Virtual Platforms are used for pre-silicon software development, HW/SW co-validation and architectural exploration. The Virtual platform team is a new collaborative group to develop virtual prototypes for future systems in ADAS and infotainment. The team works in the entire product development lifecycle including virtual prototyping, development and testing, infrastructure development, third party IP integration and deployment.


Skills & Requirements:

University Degree in Computer science or a similar qualification
3 years of experience in the System engineering or low level SW development
Profound knowledge in System/HW/Software enginieering
Experience with SystemC TLM language
2 years of experience with C++ Programming, familiar with Windows and Linux development platforms
Experience with version control systems and automated build server infrastructures
Experience with script languages such as Python, Perl or Bash
Independent and structured working practice
Excellent English and German language skills

Responsibilities:

Integrate SystemC TLM models from different hardware suppliers for next generation SoC technology
Develop, review and execute integration instructions and integration planning
Provide support across teams (development, integration, test, and production)
Collect system requirements analysis across SW application domains
Coordinate across the customer’s organisations
Plan, develop and execute the integration plan the fulfillment of the key requirements
Perform hand over and training activities to product development team
Join on site bring up workshops on several sites
Development method according to agile framework
