    Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
    Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer (3 to 5 years)
    Mobile NGN Core Network Switching expertise; IMS experience is a plus
    Database management (LDAP/ SQL/ MySQL)
    SS7/SIGTRAN/Diameter
    TCP/IP and IP Routing
    Unix/Linux
    Previous HLR/HSS/SDM experience is a plus
    Strong problem-solving skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

    Responsabilitati

    Position Overview:

    Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area.
    Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.
    Identifies and solves technical problems.
    Shares knowledge in own professional area.
    May exist the possibility for emergency interventions and 24/7 on-call duty.
