    We need a better quality in license administration towards customers and suppliers and a structured process to handle CRM data
    We need to keep track of export control and report to government.
    We need a professional interface to customers and suppliers
    The position will be responsible for improving the quality of the CRM database and will participate in a gradual transition toward more automation of processes.
    As part of the team, you will help us with the following but not limited to:
    99% valid data in CRM the system
    Transfer of customers to MOVEit
    Documented system for export control
    Documented system for payment of 3rd party suppliers

    Team - Small team of tree persons taking care of technical support and license administration and delivery administration. Physical location of this position in RO. Other two people in DK.
    As first tasks, you will: manage license database in CRM/the new ERP system and manage delivery system MOVEit.

    Formal qualification:
    Proficient in English, written and spoken (must have)
    At least 3 years of similar experience
    Office/clerk training + some accounting training or experience

    Personality and/or experience is more important than formal education so a lot of training is to be expected. Initial onboarding and training will take place in Denmark, 2-3 weeks. Yearly trips to Denmark to be expected.
