Pharmacovigilance Specialist/Deputy Team Leader

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Collection, documentation and evaluation of emerging reports on drug risks and coordination of essential actions
• Capturing of reports of suspected potential drug risks prior to licensing, of spontaneous reports after license issued, after cases series and based on publications in scientific literaturE
• Coordination and documentation of decided measures regarding drug safety with co-distributor companies and authorities
• Preparation of periodic safety update reports of medicinal products and provision of further information, which is relevant for the benefit risk assessment, also in terms of risk processes
•  Provision of advice in questions related to drug safety and pharmacovigilance

   Additional tasks as Deputy Drug Safety Team Leader Romania:  

• Medical-scientific assessment of potential drug risks
• Development of proposals for necessary measures regarding drug safety and coordinate these  measures with the units responsible

   Expertise:

• Excellent English skills (verbal / written)
•  Medical education (University)
•  Extended experience in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
•  Basic database knowledge
•  Able to work independently
•  Organized, with good communication skills
•  Team player
•  Ability to travel internationally
