Node.js Developer (Freelancer)

We are seeking a Node.js Developer that can help us out in a cool project.

Our client is a Belgian startup, the worlds’ first provider of panoramic selfie technology for the global leisure and entertainment industry is looking for new talent to help it further develop its technical solution as well as develop new stunning innovative capture products.

As a senior software engineer, you will help the team improve, maintain and deploy its panoramic selfie technology, as well as its inherent ecosystem (e.g. vm clusters, monitoring, etc.).

You will also be a very important part of the R&D for the next innovative new photo/video-based products and will be involved in virtually all technical tasks regarding them.
Are you a Node.js Developer looking for challenges in digital innovation as part of a stable, organized and respectful company?

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with web development with very good knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience with developing new features using Node.js
• Experience in designing & implementing features, APIs according to specifications
• Good knowledge of Linux shell and scripting
• Basic DevOps skills (Kubernetes, Docker)

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of front-end: React, Redux, MongoDB
• Knowledge or experience with: Python, Azure, C++ and/or OpenCV
