Responsible for the accurate processing of full scope of claims management activities:

Perform full scope of claims management activities
Creation of First Notification of Loss
Careful and diligent examination and assessment of claims
Initiate payments to customers according to corporate rules
Correspond with the customer politely ensuring a high customer satisfaction
Tracking information and change of customer data in the relevant applications
Develop routine and process target volume of claims
Attentively and actively participate in training courses offered by the company
Deal with members e-mail queries promptly and efficiently, in accordance with the company procedures
Perform all duties in an efficient and professional manner
