After successfully growing our offices in UK and Czech Republic, we are now look for Entry Level Recruitment Consultants to help us grow our brand new office in Bucharest! We currently have a focus on German, French, Italian and English speakers.

We are looking for driven, positive individuals who would enjoy working in an international and fast paced environment. You would play an essential part in the company’s ongoing success and growth on international level.

Recruitment can be challenging, yet dynamic, fast paced and exciting at the same time. In time you’ll become the go-to person for your market, matching clients (commercial businesses) and candidates, negotiating contracts and offers and generating revenues from which you’ll benefit from one of the best uncapped commission structures in the industry.

The role is for these who have a great commercial awareness. It will have a heavy focus on relationship building within internal colleagues at NonStop and candidates.

During the first 2-4 months you will be learning and going through our Training Programme to acquire all the skills needed for the role. Once you show us you can do the job independently you will be promoted to Junior Consultant when you will receive targets to hit to the next level of a Recruitment Consultant.



Requirements:
