Traineeship BPM developer – Romania

This position offers graduates/ starters (0-1 years experience) the opportunity to fully immerse themselves and start in the world of model driven application development. The candidate must have a real passion for IT and the desire to work in a challenging and (international) dynamic IT & business environment.
As a trainee, you will follow a three-months Pega training program in our training center where the essentials of a Pega System Architect will be learned. In the beginning you will follow two online courses (6 weeks in total) followed by two certificaton exams. One of our senior consultants will be appointed as mentor during your study and first working year.
After the training program you will start working in a small internall project at BPM Company to get more practical experience.
After your traineeship you will take on your first role as a BPM developer, where you will be building and implementing software with the Pegasystems BPM platform. In this role, you will work mostly on a customer location in small Pega development teams. If you are interested in an international adventure, we offer opportunities for you to temporarily work abroad (Europe) on projects.

Requirements

Professional Knowledge

• Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Business and IT or equivalent preferred.
• Theoretical knowledge of model driven development or business process management software
• Experimented with application integration, BPM modelling or application development
• Knowledge of working with Agile/ Scrum methods
