Requirement Manager

Position Summary: 

This role will be responsible to ensure ASPICE compliat handling and traceability of requirements in following areas:

• Fusa (functional safety) with support of Safety Manager
• SystemRequirements with support of System Architect
• Compliance / homologation / Certification with support of PL Qualification
• ProjectManagement with support of PM
• Hardware with support of HW PL
• Mechanics with support of Mechanics PL

Job Responsibilities:

• Support in defining Requirement Engineering Process strategy within project, aligned to project specific process requirements
• Train, coach and support stakeholder (e.g. Functional Owner, Project Leaders, Testers) on requirement analysis and tool usage
• Setup and maintain DOORS infrastructure (e.g. formal modules, link moduls etc.) for the project
• Create and maintain DOORS modules for specification (e.g. TRS, ARS, SYARS, ADOC etc.)
• Provide all necessary import, maintain and export customer requirements in DOORS
• Ensure availability of customer requirement specifications for all project stakeholders in DOORS format
• Define and create requirements baselines
• Distribute customer requirements to stakeholder (e.g. Functional Owner, Project Manager) for analysis and derivation of system requirements
• Clarify ambiguous requirements with internal or external customer
• Track and report missing analysis information
• Track and report completeness of traceability/linking
• Setup and maintain RE specific statistics and report reguarlary (e.g. RE newsletter, Message of the day)
• Implement formal reviews of technical requirement modules and plan & track content reviews
• Handling of GCRS document (Norms, Standards,...)

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Expert knowledge of requirements management
• Communication and moderation skills
• Good knowledge of embedded software and system
• Good knowledge of requirements management standard process
• Knowledge of Requirements Management Tool “DOORS”,
• Knowledge of FROP tool infrastructure
• Configuration management rules and tools especially baselining
• Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive SPICE^®)
