    Responsabilitati

    • Propunerea si implementarea constanta de noi solutii de imbunatatire a indicatorilor pentru care pregatim grupele
    • Implicarea directa in lucrul cu personalul pentru atingerea obiectivelor prin : sesiuni de pregatire, asistare in timp real, monitorizare apeluri, oferirea de recomandari, supraveghere directa pentru grupele de training.
    • Asigurarea unui climat bun de lucru si motivarea continua a echipei
    • Asigurarea imbunatatirii indicatorilor tehnici ai proiectului, a calitatii troubleshooting-ului agentilor
    • Orice alte task-uri asignate de Project Manager

    Programul de lucru este de Luni pana Vineri in intervalul 10:00-19:00.
