    Requirements

    o Bachelor’s Degree or comparable degree required.
    o Excel knowledge – medium level.
    o Sales Force (PSA) and Oracle user experience is a plus.
    o Typically works with moderate supervision/guidance.
    o Excellent customer service skills and a drive for results.
    o Excellent planning and organizing skills.
    o Works effectively in a fast paced environment, under pressure and is comfortable with multi-tasking.
    o Identifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations; generates possible solutions, assesses each using standard procedures and makes a sound decision.
    o Understands the key business drivers relating to own area; uses this knowledge to focus own work.
    o Fluent English speaker. French or German is considered a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Role: Resource Support
    o Supports field consultants to schedule around work/life balance.
    o General administration support to be defined case by case.

    Role: Resource Planning System Maintenance
    o Allocates resources to internal projects and Runs various reports within internal tools.
    o Maintains resource schedules within internal system based on project schedule.
    o Tracks consultants' projects, training, PTO time and business development work.
    o Partners with Operations for funding/resource accuracy.
    o Working closely with the Resource Planning Team.

    Role: Personal Time Off tracking
    o Ensures that vacation was approved by relevant PM.
    o Approves vacation requests and forwards approval to HR as required.
    o Maintains PTO data in internal tools.

    Role: Subcontracting
    o Manages new subcontractors account set up.
    o Prepares subcontractors paperwork with PM input as required.
    o Creates subcontractors POs, manages invoice reconciliation and time entry in PSA.
    o Maintains subcontractors database.

    Your Team:

    o You will be part of the Workforce Management Team formed by highly motivated Resource Planners. The team is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our internal customers, while at the same time achieving high utilization of our resources through effective staffing.

    Your Impact:

    o The Resource Planning Admin will support the delivery of the European Service Business with resource staffing and workforce management related tasks. This includes subcontracting administration and maintaining the consulting and adoption resources schedules according to delivery priorities in our internal systems.
    o The individual will report to the Workforce Management Lead (WFM Lead) and collaborate closely with the Business Management
