IT Support Engineer (EAI)
Client Innovation Centre our professionals offer high level engineering consultation service and ensure the operation of business-critical IT systems of different customers. Currently we are looking for a new member into our Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) team who will provide 3rd level engineering support for our customers (telecom field).
What will you do?
- Responsible for keeping the system up and running within designated metrics
- Provides 3rd level support for planning, implementing and operating
- Acts as a point of contact for Service Managers in technical topics
- Analysis and troubleshooting of the issue at hand
- Dispatches the problem to the wright developer to solve
- Owns the process by overseeing the resolution till the end within SLAs
What do we need?
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Unix/Linux knowledge
- Nice to have scripting knowledge for job efficiency/automation
The role covers at the beginning just one system in support, but if one wants more, we have other systems to offer. In addition, the role can gradually grow to cover release management, cloud servers management and many more.
