    Cerinte

    •Technical bachelor degree/ business administration;
    •Very good English language skills;
    •Procurement experience in an international company;
    •Basic knowledge in SAP and advanced MS Office skills;
    • International, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset, as well as strong communication skills;
    •Willingness to travel;
    •Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management and negotiations;
    •Analytical thinking and abilities to establish and understand the break-down costs of products and commodities;
    •A target oriented working style and mindset.

    Responsabilitati

    •Responsible for the development and implementation of the local commodity and supplier strategies, for filters and accessories for Vacuum Cleaner;
    •Defines the cost targets for the commodity related goods;
    •Supervises the achievement of the agreed targets on a local base, and the initiation of corrective actions, if necessary;
    •Specifies the supplier competitive analyses;
    •Ensures the supplier assessments according to the company audit guidelines;
    •Generates the commodity action plans for the target achievement;
    •Analyses the international sourcing markets;
    •Ensures the suppliers’ management and development;
    •Ensures the accountability for the global use of the (SLC) supplier life cycle processes: Registration, On boarding, Qualification, Classification, Evaluation and Development, continuous improvement;
    •Stakeholder for the life cycle processes including supplier rating;
    •Establishes strategic agreements with suppliers;
    •Monitors of KPIs for strategic initiatives and the goal tracking of commodities regional / Germany and Romania;
    •Ensures the commodity reporting and performance measurement;
    •First escalation level in case of commodity related (supplier) problems.
