    University graduate with business administration or economics background on post-graduate level;
    - Experience in FMCG (preferably in food) with minimum 2 years at Brand Manager level
    - Proven track record in developing and implementing national marketing strategies and plans as well as research projects;
    - Excellent knowledge and proven track record in developing and implementing all marketing instruments (product, design, communication and activation, portfolio and pricing management) and profound experience in research projects;
    - Strong commercial mind-set, analytical skills, structured with efficient hands-on mentality;
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit, paired with mental flexibility;
    - Proactive, highly elf-motivated and able to work independently
    - Fluency in English and other language of the region is a plus.


    - Responsibility for brand positioning and steering of GMR brands and product categories on Romanian market;
    - Track and drive the performance of the B2C product category (market performance, turnover development, competition, retail chain initiatives, etc.)
    - Develop and implement insights-based communication and activation strategies and initiatives for consumer and shopper engagement, with special emphasis on building and driving digital strategy and engagement based on brand strategy;
    - Build & implement winning marketing mix campaigns alongside relevant consumer touchpoints inline with Group strategy;
    - Manage innovation projects to launch new product groups and categories under different brands;
    - Develop annual marketing plan inline with Group Marketing & Sales plan process;
    - Lead local media and research agency partners;
    - Lead local corporate brand projects;
    - Reporting to country managing director and dotted line to international Marketing Manager of Group.
