- Excellent knowledge (oral and written) of English;
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Package;
- Ability of cross-functional thinking;
- Customer service and solution-oriented person;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- High degree of self-motivation;
- Outstanding communication skills and pronounced capacity for teamwork;
- Ability to work on more projects at the same time;
- Availability for working in shifts.
Your contribution to something big
- 1st level technical support for a variety of projects in regards with order management, medical software, aeronautical area;
- Documenting cases in ticketing system;
- Handling back-office activities;
- Processing confidential information within our facial recognition software.
