JUNIOR SOFTWARE TESTER

•Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or comparable experience;
•Experience in software testing will be a plus;
•Excellent oral & written communication skills in English and French;
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package, especially OneDrive;
•Strong organizational skills, attention to details;
•Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out-of-the-box;
•Proactive, innovative, quick learner and open person with strong team and customer. Orientation;
•Experience with automated testing tools like Seleniu;
•Experience working in an Agile development environment;
•Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Screenpresso, BrowserStack, Adobe Experience Manager.

•Performs test plans on several virtual and real devices (computer, phone, tablet) to identify the bugs or production anomalies on the designated functionalities before and after going live;
•Uses the escalation tool to communicate the bugs or the identified production anomalies, to the development team, in a timely manner;
•Follows-up the tickets raised to ensure the respect of resolution times and raises alerts when delays occur;
•Ensures the document release notes, describing in an accurate and brief manner all the tickets found during the test phase;
•Maintains a clear activity track and communicates with the team lead and product owners, regarding the progress and status;
•Improves continuously the test activity by proposing new tests or process to ensure a high quality product delivery.
