We are looking for:
-An advanced level of French and a good level of English;
-Previous customer support experience is an advantage;
-Good communication skills, both spoken and written;
-Enthusiastic and with positive attitude;
-Desire to help other people;
-You will be our primary interface between our client and end users, offering assistance and customer support for native French clients via phone and email;
-Troubleshoot reported issues or queries in detail to diagnose customer’s issue and provide appropriate solution;
-Respond to all customers enquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
-Assist our customers with prompt, friendly and accurate help through all required channels.
