•Bachelor degree;
•Work experience: quality assurance background & project coordination are competitive advantages;
•Languages: French and English- advanced level;
•Skills: MS Office, Computer Literacy, Skills and motivation for new technology and digital solutions;
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
•Problem-solving attitude;
•Strong communication and negotiation skills;
•Customer oriented;
•Working with cross-functions and with other entities;
•Teamwork, group coordination.

•Monitors and controls the company processes in terms of quality, costs and deadline;
•Assists the Project Managers from a technical point of view (tools, platforms, process & documentation);
•Manages the translation of the training modules (technical and commercial) with suppliers;
•Coordinates and keeps engaged the technical documentation correspondents / non-technical validation correspondence;
•Manages translations outside the standard process;
•Follows the allocated budget to the translations of the training modules.
