•Previous sourcing experience in IT, Engineering or BPO;
•Passionate about HR and Digital tools;
•Connected to the market tendencies.

•Works close with the recruitment team and hiring managers, being involved in the entire recruitment process;
•Identifies the best recruitment channels;
•Discovers new opportunities and sources on the market;
•Reaches the passive candidates and transforms them into active and valuable assets for the company;
•Keeps the candidates engaged, interested and curious about the company;
•Works in a structured way, keeps track of his/ her own activity, being flexible in order to adapt to the company rhythm.
