    Requirements

    Requirements:

    - Fluency in English (spoken & written).
    - Very good PC skills (Microsoft Office package).
    - 2-3 years working experience in Distribution Centers or Retail replenishments.
    - Logistics experience is a plus.
    - Customer oriented, support experience.
    - Ability to work under pressure / multiple deadlines in a fast paced business environment.
    - Very good analytical skills.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    - Analyze, approve and place orders for customers based in the customer supplies budget.
    - Manage customer supplies needs within a defined period and provide solution upon request.
    - Considers all the orders placed, analyzing all orders of the current day through the Warehouse Management System and monitoring the timeout orders.
    - Review and update all the workflow and cases of Customer Services.
    - Checking whether the price of a single / combined package (random combination) is correct and whether the payment page can be redirected.
    - Entering the delivery address, checking whether the credit card payment page can be redirected and also if the payment mode is supported or available.
    - Ensuring the content accuracy, monitoring the page in real time or providing feedback immediately and track the resolution.
