Product Manager

We began our journey in 1993 as the first company that provided internet services in Romania. We then contributed to the development of the IT&C market and that of the entire company. We are part of the Deutsche Telekom Group.

-To develop product strategy in line with GTS’s vision, mission and values;
-To contribute actively to business development plans and implementation;
-To evaluate and acquire relevant market research;
-To prepare and present market and/or competition research and product briefs
-To bring new products to market and develop a product roadmap by analyzing product requirements, market, liaising with engineering, developing commercial approach etc.
-To prepare product documentation, customers briefs, communication, business cases;
-To monitor product launch according to the agreed roadmap;
-To maintain up to date all product documentation;
-To offer support in sales through product training and creation of enablement tools such as call scripts, training presentations and more;
-To be the market expert by maintaining a constant pulse on the customer experience.
