Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency, media department or marketing firm
• Ability to perform well under pressure, adhere to deadlines
• Accuracy: Accuracy is critical. This position is responsible for making sure the content and instructions get to where they need to go on time
• Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work across multifunctional teams
• English Proficiency

Responsibilities:

• Traffic digital and print content based on Account direction, media buys and one-off requests
• Issue and maintain ad codes
• Request rotation from Account and media as needed
• Create and send traffic instructions as needed, noting any special instructions from Account.
• Communicate with external Network/Cable, publisher personnel regarding when instructions/materials will be available and requesting instructions where needed
• Serve as communication link between Media, Production and Account in regards to availability of materials and upcoming media buys.
• Create purchase orders, process invoices and approve.
• Coordinate with Asset Management, Creative, Talent, and Rights Licensing to ensure assets are available and valid for use.
• Enter time reports once a week, at a minimum, and expense reports within 10 days of incurred expense
