    Cerinte

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field with a working knowledge of human resources concepts and practices required or equivalent years of experience
    - Two+ years of HR Generalist or related experience in reward area for more than 1000 people is a must
    - Experience with Charisma and SAP or related CRM and ERP tools
    - Previous experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information strongly desired
    - Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
    - English written and communication skills in advanced level is a must
    - Excellent organizational skills including event planning strongly desired
    - Excellent presentation skills and previous experience facilitating training both in-person and on-line desired
    - Availability for travel

    Responsabilitati

    - Advises/informs the HR teams in stores about all aspects of the Reward area (Compensations and Benefits, administrative) for the purpose of correct application of the legal provisions, strategy and policy of Compensations and Benefits
    - Informs all directors in the stores about the elements of salary and bonus package for subordinates, as well as about the changes that have occurred, being responsible for the correct transmission of the data
    - Develop professional relationships with internal clients, acting as an expert on issues in the Reward field (Compensations and Benefits, administrative)
    - Implements the process of annual salary increases for Hypermarkets, providing support for the internal clients, respects the principles of policy of Compensation and Benefits and respects the framing in the allocated budgets
    - Ensures the correct realization of the projects and the activities of human resources area (recruitment, evaluation, training, administrative management, payroll, good practice kit)
    - Responsible for the annual performance bonus process for Hypermarkets – communication, implementation and performance bonus calculation, collaborating with the internal clients for a good progress ensuring the rightness of the provided and transmitted information
    - Make recommendations for optimizing the all performance bonus process in order to raise it productivity and efficiency
    - Make recommendations for improving the Compensations and Benefits package, in order to align to market evolution and the legislation and implements the new recommendations
    - Inform and track the trends and the good practices in the retail and general market, in order to identify and proposing opportunities to improve the process and procedures related to the Compensations and Benefits area
    - Back-up for the colleagues from Compensations and Benefits area and it’s involving in various projects according to the specialty area
    - Transmits the centralized Revisal (headquarter and stores) in accordance with current legislation and maintains contact with HR stores in order to optimize the corrections
    - Provides support to the store managers in case of new stores openings, collaborating with recruitment and payroll teams
    - Organizes the induction of HR colleagues in newly opened stores according to training needs and in order to develop store-level competencies
    - Responsible for constantly informing about the new developments in its field of activity in order to continuously improve its professional performance
