- University degree in accounting ;
- 3-4 years of similar position or a position with accounting exposure ;
- Proficiency in journal entries and financial analysis ;
- Proficiency in English language and computer literacy are a must (particularly Microsoft Excel) with the ability to learn new systems ;
- Knowledge of United States GAAP will be a big plus ;
- Adaptable and committed to company policies and goals;
- Proactive and energetic .

- Monitor, analyze and review all general accounting transactions, with the support of the company shared service ;
- Reconcile and analyze GAAP balance sheet accounts monthly ;
- Coordinate payment requests for expense reports, taxes, customs duties and expedited vendor payments ;
- Review and process expense reports. Reconcile associated credit card and petty cash transactions
- Support the month-end close process with the appropriate trial balance analysis, review and approval of journal entries ;
- Provide accounting insights and help cross-functional team members resolve accounting related problems ;
- Review coding of vendor invoices not supported by purchase orders ;
- Review fixed assets and advise on retirements or new asset creation ;
- Processes performed by the shared service include invoice processing, daily warehouse, collection, treasury, month-end reporting, posting journal entries, fixed asset management and master data management ;
- Support the tax analyst to prepare statutory and VAT monthly reports, submissions and inquiries, as needed ;
- Lead and coordinate document requests and communication during annual external audit and periodic internal audit engagements .
