- MCSE certification or equivalent knowledge/ experience
- Experience with Domino/ Notes, Microsoft Exchange and migrations on this field
- Logical thinking and analytical skills
- Independent working method, team and communication skills
- Be able to provide clear, concise and comprehensive written and oral communications
- Strong documentation skills, problem-solving skills and project follow up
- Fluency in English
