    Requirements

    As an Intern in Human Resources department with focus on recruiting your general tasks will be:
    Support the recruiting process via a variety of integrated HR systems
    Post and manage job postings in the internal application tracking system (Internal Data Bases) and social media sites (Linkedin, HIPO, eJobs, BestJobs and various school sites)
    Help with campus recruiting, job fairs, and maintaining campus relationships
    Assist the HR Business Partners by sourcing candidates, scheduling and facilitating candidate interviews, whether onsite or via Skype/Lync; generates offer letters and supports the overall hiring process
    Schedule external assessment for potential new hires
    Generate reports for candidate pipeline and vacantion balances; ensuring accurancy and updates as needed for management meeting
    Organize and track the feedbacks for the exist interviews
    Send reports and keep team updated based on metrics

    Responsibilities

    Recent graduate currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Human Resources, IT or comparable area of study
    Industry relevant training or technical courses strongly desired
    Italian language knowledge
    Interviewing Skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel
    Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
    Very good organizational skill
    Exemplary ethical standards and ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of company information
    Ability to multi-task with a high level of detail
    Proactivity and ability to work efficiently and independently
    Desire for continuous development and have passion to learn
    Professionalism
    Knowledge of social media a plus
