- technical background (electrical and mechanical skills) preferably in the field of metal laser cutting and bending;
- hands-on experience in electrical, electronics and mechanics, especially related to CNC machines;
- experience in similar position is an advantage attention to detail and the ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, tests and system checkout;
- good knowledge of English;
- good computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Outlook);
- very good communication skills;
- possess a polite and helpful manner;
- able to work under pressure;
- availability to travel in Romania and abroad (50%);
- strong communication and time management skills;
- ability to work with minimum supervision with a sense of urgency and ownership.

- installation/maintenance of laser cutting and bending machines at the client's premises;
- carries out reactive repairs and system-diagnosis to analyse malfunctions;
- manages and plan work schedule;
- provides quick response to customers as needed;
- performs duties within budgetary guidelines;
- serves as a company liaison with customers.
