Îndeplinește activităţi operaționale zilnice (administrarea reclamațiilor primite de la magazine şi de la furnizori, retururi, transferuri)
Asigura monitorizarea si managementul ambalajelor (paleti, containere izoterme, etc)
Cooperează cu Departamentele Management Ofertă & Operațional şi cu Furnizorul de Servicii Logistice pentru implementarea îmbunătăţirilor rezultate în urma  analizelor efectuate
Realizează analize asupra structurilor logistice
Asigură suport in pregătirea şi raportarea Indicatorilor de Performanţă logistici
