    A vacancy has become available in the Advisory Services Department of EY for a Project Manager for some of our clients. By becoming a part of EY, you will join a fast growing and dynamically developing department that is one of the key players in the Romanian market.

    The opportunity

    Our local Advisory Practice is, among other, a leading provider of IT professional Services and Risk Management Services to big corporate clients.

    Your key responsibilities:

    Coordinate the teams involved in IT solution implementation projects;

    Coordinate delivery for IT Advisory engagements;
    Work effectively as a manager and team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress;
    Review and/or and prepare deliverables to clients;
    Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients; 
    Build strong internal and external relationships, within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization;
    People responsibilities, coaching;
    Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff;
    Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining IT Advisory professionals;
    Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff;
    Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures;
     

    To qualify for the role you must have:

    University degree in the field of Business Administration / Business Management / IT / Engineering;
    Project Management Certified by an International Project Management Association (i.e. PMI or similar);
    Ability to supervise implementation of Portfolio of Projects;
    7+ years of overall experience with IT solutions implementation and/or IT support as CRM, ERP, BPM, RPA;
    5+ years of overall experience in Project Management; 
    Experience with enterprise technologies and/or open source software;
    Experience with cross border projects would be an advantage;
    Highly organized with attention to details, while able to foresee the big picture;
    Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
    Knowledge of English at advanced level or above;
    Excellent communication skills (verbal/written);
    Problem solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to solving problems;
    Excellent presentation skills.

    Nice to have:

    Experience/knowledge in Enterprise Architecture – TOGAF Standard; 
    Additional professional certificates as COBIT, CBAP, ITIL, etc are a plus;
    Entrepreneurial skills.
