BPM Senior Consultant

As BPM senior consultant you will contribute technically to IT Advisory client engagements related to BPM and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

Responsibilities:

Participate in IT Advisory engagements;
Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress;
Contribute and prepare deliverables to clients;
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with clients;
Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization;
People responsibilities;
Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff;
Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting and retaining IT Advisory professionals;
Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of staff;
Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as BPM and/or software development or other digital initiatives consultant, having participated in at least 3 long term projects;
Open source technologies knowledge required;
Additional professional certificates as TOGAF, COBIT, CBAP, ITIL are a plus;
People manager skills and sales skills are an advantage;
Good communication and problem solving skills;
University degree or an equivalent technical/IT education;
Good team player;
Fluent English.
