•1-2 years of experience;
•Graphic design skills with a strong online portfolio;
•Solid experience in creating wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps;
•Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Max, Maya and InDesign;
•Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction;
•Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively and with A/B testing;
•Knowledge about the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies;
•Autonomous in his/hers daily activity and rigorous handling of tasks;
•Able to collaborate with international stakeholders;
•An insanely curious person who keeps up with all the novelties in the digital domain.;
•Proactive and enthusiastic team player.
•Participates during meetings for the assigned projects, working closely with the project manager in order to understand the projects needs;
•Executes all the visual design stages from concept to the final hand-off for all the assigned projects;
•Conceptualizes website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks with the respect of graphic guidelines;
•Creates wire frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows, designing ideas and obtaining validation according to the graphic guidelines;
•Establishes and promotes design guidelines, best practices and standards for the company digital platforms;
•Updates the site images DAM with fresh material, in accordance with the company graphic standards;
•Provides support o the Content Production Team in re-formatting, re-sizing and publication, as needed;
•Provides graphic support for the internal communication projects (this may include, flyers, banners, newsletter and redesign of internal digital tools, banner ads, social posts, posters, presentation decks, and other marketing collateral).
