Active on the Romanian market since 2005, Enel is currently the country’s largest private investor in energy, with operations in power distribution and supply as well as renewable energy production.

Advanced English skills;
3 plus years recruitment experience with exposure to a diverse set of recruitment projects;
Experience on other hr areas can be an advantage;
Knowledge of creative sourcing and staffing strategies;
Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques;
Must have knowledge and experience with Word, Excel and candidate management systems;
Ability to work independently;
Must be highly organized and detail oriented;
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written;
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment.
Purpose of the role:
Provide full life cycle of recruiting support, from requisition initiation to offer acceptance. Develop and maintain internal and external relationships that facilitate acquiring the best available talent to align with business needs. Utilize proactive search methods in order to provide clients with highly qualified candidates in a timely manner.
Support the overall recruitment efforts for assigned positions. Source, screen, interview, and present a diversified and high quality pool of candidates to customers in a timely manner;
Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and assigned clients to understand resourcing needs and develop and implement efficient and creative recruitment strategies;
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners throughout the employment life cycle. Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations throughout the recruitment process on candidate assessment, selection and overall offer recommendation;
Participate in recruitment events (campus events, career fairs, networking events, college / university relations, etc.) to fill open positions, maintain relationships, and support employer branding initiatives;
Oversee implementation of traineeship programs;
Leverage and partner effectively with external recruitment firms. Ensure agency deliverables are achieved.
* 2 years limited contract, within Lugera, with the possibility of extension
